This Site is an eCommerce website.

Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site. The following goods are available on our Site:
- Boxes sold singly or via subscription, with possible box contents including gifts, accessories, jewellery, lifestyle products, consumables, and cosmetics. Note: unless otherwise specified, all quarterly boxes will contain the same items.
- Special occasion boxes and other limited-time deals (e.g. Mothers Day)
- Individual sale of gifts, accessories, jewellery, lifestyle products, consumables, and cosmetics.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock.
All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide.
You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.
You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify payment of any subscription costs.
Service and Price Modifications
Our product prices are shown and stated in Australian dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
We retain the right to alter or discontinue the Service (or any portion or content thereof) at any time and without prior notice.
For any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, we shall not be liable to you or any third person.
Third-Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
Subscriptions
By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription cost for the provided goods for the agreed-upon duration.
Unless otherwise specified, 4U Subscription Boxes does not offer a “free trial.”
Ongoing Quarterly Subscription:
As an ongoing subscription, you will be automatically charged $60.00 + $9.90 postage for each box, with the payment information on file roughly 10 days before each box is released. Until you decide to cancel the subscription, you will continue to pay quarterly and receive boxes.
Annual (12 Month) Subscription:
A discount is applied for full payment of a 12-month subscription. Your subscription will be automatically renewed after one year, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.
Subscription Renewals:
By subscribing to 4U Subscription Boxes, you acknowledge and accept that you will be charged the standard rate and that any promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not transfer or apply to your renewal fee.
If you fail to cancel your subscription prior to its next renewal date, the Company assumes no responsibility and does not give refunds for ‘auto-renewals’ that occur.
You acknowledge and accept that you will be automatically billed once your current subscription of 3, or 12 months or Gift expires, unless the subscription is “scheduled to cancel” prior to the last payment date specified in your initial commitment.
Subscription Renewal Dates:
Your subscription is continuous until you cancel.
If you do not cancel your subscription prior to the following deadlines, it will be automatically renewed for the next quarter.
22ND FEBRUARY;
22ND MAY;
22ND AUGUST; AND
22ND NOVEMBER;
Your subscription cancellation will take affect at the next subscription period.
Cancelling your Subscription:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your 4U Subscription Boxes account. This does not trigger a refund if you fail to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal dates. By 4U Subscription Boxes indicating that you may cancel at any time, this expressly applies to the renewal and not the commitment period.
- If you select a quarterly subscription, you can only cancel after the first package and by the next renewal date.
- With an upfront payment for a 12-month subscription, you have agreed to stay for the duration of the subscription.
- By signing up for 4U Subscription Boxes, you acknowledge that it is your obligation to cancel your subscription by signing into your account profile on this site.
- Cancellations must be submitted by the specified renewal dates, and in the case of yearly subscriptions, prior to the anniversary date of the initial purchase.
- All cancellation requests filed after the renewal date will take effect for the succeeding quarterly period.
This policy safeguards the company from the misuse of our discount systems for new members wishing to sign up for a new subscription. The Company is not responsible for cancelling accounts on behalf of their users. The consumer alone is responsible for cancelling the subscription.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT QUARTERLY BOX DELIVERY AND RECEIVE A 4U SUBSCRIPTION BOXES SHIPMENT.
Delivery dates:
Unless otherwise specified, delivery occurs quarterly on or around the:
1ST MARCH;
1ST JUNE;
1ST SEPTEMBER; AND
1ST DECEMBER.
Returns Policy:
All 4U Subscription Boxes sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
- Credit Card.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use.
By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- In-person deliveries are provided for postcode zones 5433, 5700, and 5710.
- Your subscription will be sent via Registered Australia Post to addresses outside of the 5433, 5700, and 5710 postcode zones. Delivery takes 5–7 business days.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient.
We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.
These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia.

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.
All other provisions will not be affected by the removal, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
