These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.4usubscriptionboxes.com.au (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by J Grantham and C Nowak. This Site is an eCommerce website.

Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site, including:
- Boxes sold singly or through subscriptions, that may contain gifts, accessories, jewellery, lifestyle products, consumables, and cosmetics. Note: unless otherwise specified, all quarterly boxes will contain the same items.
- Special Occasion Boxes and other limited-time deals for special occasions (e.g. Mothers Day)
- Individual sales of items such as gifts, accessories, jewellery, lifestyle products, consumables, and cosmetics.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods displayed on our Site, including out-of-stock products.
All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible, but we’re not legally bound by it.
You agree to purchase goods at your own risk, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel orders. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.
You are responsible for monitoring your payment instrument for subscription costs.
Service and Price Modifications
Our product prices are shown and stated in Australian dollars and are subject to change.
We retain the right to alter or discontinue the Service (or any portion or content thereof) at any time and without prior notice.
We are not liable for any modifications or suspensions.
Third-Party Goods and Services
We may offer third-party goods and services on our Site. We can’t guarantee their quality or accuracy.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you are committing to paying for the goods throughout the agreed-upon subscription duration. Please note that this subscription does not cover special occasion boxes or other limited-time offers, which require separate purchases.
Kindly note that 4U Subscription Boxes does not offer a “free trial.”
Ongoing Quarterly Subscription:
As an ongoing subscription, you will be charged for each box automatically at $60.00 + $9.90 postage, with the payment information on file roughly 10 days before each box is released. You will continue to pay quarterly and receive boxes until you cancel the subscription.
Annual (12 Month) Subscription:
A discount is applied for full payment of a 12-month subscription. Your subscription will be renewed automatically unless you cancel one year after you signed up. You will continue to pay annually and receive boxes until you cancel the subscription.
Subscription Renewals:
When you subscribe to 4U Subscription Boxes, you will be charged the standard rate. If a promotional code was used when you signed up it will not apply to your renewal fee.
If you do not cancel your subscription before your next renewal date, you will be automatically billed. The company is not responsible for missed renewals and does not offer refunds for automatic renewals.
You acknowledge and agree that you will be automatically charged upon the expiration of your current subscription of 3, 12 months, or Gift, unless the subscription is set to cancel before the final payment date outlined in your initial commitment.
Subscription Renewal Dates:
Subscriptions will automatically renew around the dates listed below. To cancel, please ensure you do so before these dates:
22ND FEBRUARY;
22ND MAY;
22ND AUGUST; AND
22ND NOVEMBER;
Cancelling your Subscription:
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your 4U Subscription Boxes account. Please note that cancelling your subscription does not initiate a refund if you fail to do so before the renewal dates. It’s important to understand that the ability to cancel at any time, as offered by 4U Subscription Boxes, pertains specifically to the renewal period, not the initial commitment.
Here’s how cancellation works based on your subscription type:
- For quarterly subscriptions, you can request cancellation after receiving your first package and before the next renewal date.
- If you’ve opted for a prepaid 12-month subscription, you have committed to the entire subscription duration.
- When signing up for 4U Subscription Boxes, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to manage your subscription and initiate cancellation through your account profile on this site.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the specified renewal dates. For annual subscriptions, requests should be made before the anniversary date of your initial purchase.
- Any cancellation requests received after the renewal date will take effect starting from the subsequent quarterly period.
This policy is designed to prevent the misuse of our discount systems by individuals seeking to exploit new subscription benefits. Please be aware that the Company is not accountable for cancelling accounts on behalf of users; the responsibility for cancelling a subscription rests solely with the consumer.
FAILURE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED FOR THE UPCOMING QUARTERLY BOX DELIVERY, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPMENT OF 4U SUBSCRIPTION BOXES PRODUCTS
Delivery dates:
Deliveries are scheduled quarterly, generally taking place on or around the following dates:
1ST MARCH;
1ST JUNE;
1ST SEPTEMBER; AND
1ST DECEMBER.
Returns Policy:
All sales of 4U Subscription Boxes are considered final, and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Payments
We are pleased to accept the following payment method on our Site:

Shipping and Delivery
Upon making a purchase from our Site, the delivery of goods will be facilitated using one of the methods outlined below:
- For specific postcode zones (5433, 5700, and 5710), we offer in-person deliveries.
- Subscriptions outside these postcode zones will be dispatched via Registered Australia Post. The estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days..
Additionally, it is important to note the following:
- A separate delivery charge is applicable and will be added to the total purchase cost.
- It is essential to provide us with an accurate and comprehensive delivery address, complete with the recipient’s name.
- Please be advised that any inaccuracies or omissions in the provided delivery information resulting in goods being delivered to an incorrect address or individual will not hold us accountable.
Your satisfaction and the accurate delivery of goods are our priorities. However, we cannot assume responsibility for delivery issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
Consumer Protection Law
In cases where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation within your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions shall not serve to restrict your legal entitlements and recourse under such legislation.
